Who can buy wholesale flowers from MWF FLOWERS EXPRESS?

Our huge selection of grower-fresh wholesale flowers, fillers and greens are available for sale to retail florists, restaurants, hotels, caterers, wedding planners, or other businesses that want to take advantage of our fantastic selection, low prices and quick delivery of the finest-quality wholesale flowers, including roses, carnations, lilies, hydrangeas, gerberas, greens and even wholesale floral and wedding flower supplies.

What minimum order is required to order from MWF FLOWERS EXPRESS?

All individual orders must meet a $100.00 total value. A $15.00 surcharge will be charged for small orders under $100.

When does my credit card get charged?

Your credit card gets charged when you place your order for the flower charges shown on your order.

Can I change my order before it ships and is there a charge?

You can change your order within 24 hours of placeing your order, but you must call customer service at (888) 507-6568. We cannot process changes without speaking to you directly. There is no charge to change or cancel an order.

Is there a charge for shipping?

Shipping is FREE on all orders!

Does someone need to be at my shipping location to accept delivery?

No. We use UPS for all deliveries. They do not require a signature, and will leave the package(s) if no one is available. Please note that flowers left outside in extreme weather conditions may be ruined.

What time of day will my order arrive?

There is no specific delivery time guaranteed by UPS Ground service for your order. Depending on your address and the driver's route, it could be ANYTIME during the delivery day. UPS next day air and UPS next day air saver may have specific time of day guarantees depending on your zip code. Ask your salesperson for details.

Do you have samples of your products?

We do not have free samples, but with our low $100 minimum order, you can order minimum quantities of any items you are interested in.

Do you have a warehouse location I can visit?

Yes, customers are always welcome to visit our warehouse and shipping locations in Clifton, NJ or Elmsford, NY during normal operating hours.

Do I have to pay sales tax on my purchase?

No, all customers must provide a valid tax resale certificate prior to ordering from MWF Flowers Express. Taxable sales to non-business customers without a valid tax resale certificate are expressly prohibited.

Why is buying from MWF Flowers Express better than from other online wholesale flower sites?

We are a full service supplier of fresh cut wholesale flowers located in the United States. Many online wholesale flower suppliers are offshore entities or growers in other countries who only ship large quantities of farm direct flowers. Where do the wholesale flowers come from?

We buy flowers from the finest growers throughout the world including Central America, South America, Europe, and the United States. Our growers must meet our high standards for quality and consistency and are regarded as the finest in the industry.

Why do the products and prices change frequently?

Because we are constantly buying from around the world, we keep our offerings on MWF Flowers Express up to date with only products we know we can deliver and at the best prices available each day.

Will my flowers look exactly like the pictures in the website?

No. We try to be as accurate as possible, but there are often variations during the seasons, between the growers, etc. The images are a very good approximation of the products' shape and color, but some variation can be expected.

How will my flowers arrive?

The flowers you order from MWF Flowers Express come carefully packaged in our own specially designed shipping box. As weather conditions dictate, the flowers will be insulated from the cold or protected from the heat with cooler packs.

How do I know that my order has been received?

Once your wholesale flower has been processed, you will receive an email confirming your order, as well as a receipt for the products purchased.

How soon can I place my wholesale flower order?

Orders can be placed up to one week in advance for most in-stock products. You select your desired ship date at before you place items in your cart.

Orders placed before 10:00AM EST Monday-Thursday can ship that day if desired.

Orders placed after 10:00AM EST Monday-Wednesday can ship the next day if desired.

Orders placed Friday-Sunday or after 2:00PM EST on Thursday can ship Monday if desired.
